Outside private entrance and Guest House entry open to exceptional apartment with bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen.  Two televisions, two ceiling fans, steam heat controlled by in-room thermostat; air conditioning is seasonal option.  Mission Oak Queen-sized bed with plush pillow-top mattress, oak dresser and wall mirrors.  Bedroom is carpeted with Oriental accent rugs, two Queen Anne style wing back chairs [one reclines] adjacent to electric fireplace.  Lighted closet with louvered doors, built-in ‘Hollywood’ shelving; luggage rack, dressing mirror, ironing board, iron and supplies.  Bathroom has stall shower with duel shower heads, hairdryer, scale, ample shelves for personal items and bath amenities.

Galley Kitchen offers dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster oven, small appliances [coffee, blender, etc.], glassware & dishware, serving & cooking utensils. Shelves of books to ponder in comfortable sitting room of hardwood floor with Oriental rug, drop leaf tables, Italian leather loveseat, Queen Anne style drop lid desk with computer outlets, stocked with desk necessities; Wi-Fi, Direct TV, DVD, VCR, stereo radio/CD player, clock radio, Atomic Clock [date/temp/alarm]; flowering plants; smoke & carbon monoxide detectors.  Excellent lighting throughout.  Color scheme: navy blue, salmon, gold.  [Upon request, personal shopper can stock refrigerator with preferences prior to arrival—just ask.]
